名刺を持っている場合（When You Have a Business Card）
「訪問した側」が先に名刺を渡します。
The visitor should present their business card first.
もらった名刺は必ず名刺入れにしまいましょう！

Mr. Kimura(Client): Thank you.

Mr. Kimura(Client): Nice to meet you. I’m Kimura from XYZ Corporation. I look forward to working with you.

Miller: Thank you.
名刺を受け取ります（Accepts the card）
失礼ですが、下のお名前は何とお読みすればよろしいでしょうか。
Miller: Excuse me, how do you pronounce your given name?
「十海人」と書いて「じゅうと」と読みます。
Mr. Kimura(Client): It’s written with the characters for “ten,” “sea,” and “person,” and pronounced “Jūto.”
「じゅうと」ですか。珍しいお名前ですね。
Miller: “Jūto,” I see. That’s a unique name.
はい、よく言われます。
名刺の裏が英語表記になっております。
Mr. Kimura(Client): Yes, I hear that often. There’s an English version printed on the back of the card as well.
あ、本当ですね。

Miller: Oh, you’re right. I didn’t notice that. Sorry about that.

次回、必ずお持ちいたします。
Miller: Nice to meet you. I’m Miller from ABC Corporation. I’m terribly sorry, but I’m currently out of business cards. I’ll be sure to bring some next time.
