Grammar Explanation: Try Doing Something

Ex.: あのレストランにってみます。

Rm.: Ano resutoran ni itte mimasu.

En.: I’m going to try that restaurant.

Ex.: ほんをちょっとべんきょうしてみます。

Rm.: Nihongo o chotto benkyo shite mimasu.

En.: I’ll try studying Japanese.

Ex.: とりあえず、やってみます。

Rm.: Toriaezu, yatte mimasu.

En.: I’ll give it a try.
