Ryan (Son): Since this morning…

Ema (Daughter): Did you eat something bad yesterday?

Ryan (Son): No, I didn’t!
とりあえず、病院へ行って診てもらおう！
Michael (Dad): Let’s take him to the hospital and get him checked out!
海外保険の保険証に、提携病院の名前が書いてあったはず！
えーと・・・ここから一番近い病院はっと・・・あ！さくら病院ね！
Emily (Mom): The travel insurance card should have a list of affiliated hospitals. Let me see… The closest one from here is Sakura Hospital!

Michael (Dad): It’s my son. He’s had stomach pain since this morning.
保険証はお持ちですか。
Hospital Reception Staff: Do you have insurance?
いいえ、持っていません。
旅行者なんです。
海外保険に入っています。
Michael (Dad): No, we don’t. We’re just visiting Japan, but we do have travel insurance.

Doctor: What seems to be the problem today?
今朝からお腹が痛いみたいなんです。
Michael (Dad): My son’s had stomach pain since this morning.
熱もあるみたいですね。
ちょっと診察しますので、息子さんをそちらの診察台に仰向けに寝かせてください。
Doctor: It looks like he has a fever too. I’ll examine him now, so please have him lie on the exam table on his back.
はい、わかりました。
Michael (Dad): Sure.
医師が診察します（Doctor examines Ryan）
食あたりのようですね。
今日は消化の悪い物は食べないようにしてください。
お薬を出しますので、お薬を服用後はゆっくり休むようにしてください。
Doctor: It looks like food poisoning. Avoid eating anything hard to digest today. I’ll prescribe some medication. Make sure to get plenty of rest after taking the medicine.

先生、保険請求のために「診断書」を書いていただきたいんですが。
「診断書」の用紙は先程受付の方に頼んでおきました。
