Michael (Dad): Excuse me! Where can I find immigration?

Ground Staff: Here’s a brochure with the info you need.
グランドスタッフが空港のパンフレットを渡します（The ground staff hands over a brochure）
あ！どうも！
Michael (Dad): Oh! Thank you!
パンフレットのMAPを見ます（Michael looks at the map on the brochure）
この道をまっすぐ行って、右に曲がったところだね。
Michael (Dad): Okay, looks like we go straight ahead, then turn right.
あ！あったあった！
わあ！すごい人！
Emily (Mom): Oh, there it is! Wow, what a crowd!
イミグレで並びます（Getting in line at immigration）
こちらに、2列に並んでお待ちください。
Ground Staff: Please wait here in two lines.
はい。
Michael (Dad): Okay.
入国審査官の質問に答えます（Answering the immigration officer’s questions）
パスポートを見せてください。
Immigration Officer: May I see your passport, please?
はい。
Michael (Dad): Sure.
入国カードをお出しください。
Immigration Officer: Please hand me your arrival card.
はい。
Michael (Dad): Here you go.
こちらに指を置いてください。
Immigration Officer: Please place your fingers here.
はい。
Michael (Dad): Alright.
このカメラを見てください。
Immigration Officer: Look at the camera, please.
はい。
Michael (Dad): Got it.
帰りの航空券はお持ちですか。
Immigration Officer: Do you have a return flight ticket?
はい。これです。
Michael (Dad): Yes, here it is.
入国審査官のが確認します（The officer checks the ticket）

Immigration Officer: Are you here for tourism?
はい、そうです。
Michael (Dad): Yes, I am.

Immigration Officer: Are you traveling alone?
いえ、家族といっしょです。
Michael (Dad): No, I’m with my family.
ホテルの電話番号はわかりますか。
Immigration Officer: Do you have the phone number of your hotel?
はい、わかります。
Michael (Dad): Yes, I do.
では、こちらにホテルの電話番号を書いてください。
Immigration Officer: Alright, please write the hotel’s phone number here.
はい。
Michael (Dad): Sure, no problem.
入国カードにホテルの電話番号を書きます（Writing the hotel phone number on the arrival card）

Immigration Officer: Alright, you’re all set.

Michael (Dad): Thank you very much.
イミグレを通過します（Passing through immigration smoothly）
次は預けた荷物の受け取りね。
Emily (Mom): Next up is baggage claim.
手荷物受取所はどこにあるのかな？
Ryan (Son): Where’s the baggage claim area?
さっきのパンフレットに書いてない？
Emma (Daughter): Isn’t it on the brochure from earlier?
書いてるけど、広すぎてわからないや・・・。
Ryan (Son): Yeah, but this place is huge… I still can’t figure it out.
あ、あそこのスタッフに聞いてみよう！
Michael (Dad): Let’s ask one of the staff over there!
グランドスタッフに尋ねます（Michael asks the ground staff）
すみません、手荷物受取所はどこですか。
Michael (Dad): Excuse me, where’s the baggage claim?
手荷物受取所ですか。
そこのエスカレーターを降りて、右に曲がったところにありますよ。
Ground Staff: Baggage claim? Go down that escalator and turn right. You’ll see it there.
わかりました。
